From Uppingham Parish Registers microfiche DE1784/8, I noted the following baptisms:
31 December 1808, Alice, daughter of John and Sarah Popple
14 August 1811, Jane, daughter of John and Sarah Poppell

Hi again Kristy
Would you be happy with:
John Popple bachelor married Sarah Robinson spinster both of the Parish of Uppingham by banns 25 November 1799.
Source Uppingham Parish Register microfiche DE1784/11.
Witnesses were John Robinson and Francis Bennett (parish clerk).
The IGI Batch number C150221 on the LDS site has a baptism for Sarah Robinson daughter of John Robinson and Alice at Preston Rutland on 7 September 1777.

Hi Kristy,
Just a little more for you
Jane Popple an infant was buried 13 February 1812
William, son of John and Sarah Popple was baptised 6 June 1813
Uppingham PRs No 15
Jane, daughter of John and Sarah Popple was baptised 20 March 1815
Uppingham PRs No 77
John was recorded as a labourer.
Having married in 1799 I was a little surprised not to find any other Popple births in the period 1800-1808 in Uppingham. They may exist in another parish.

Just to round off with some Popple burial entries in Uppingham PRs ref DE 1784/10. May or may not be relevant.
No. 374 William Popple aged 53 was buried 15 March 1825.
No. 831 Mary Popple aged 70 was buried 22 December 1839.
