1861/71 pls - CHALONER in Cheshire/Denbighshire
« on: Wednesday 14 October 09 06:39 UTC (UK) »

I'm researching for the following family:

Ellen CHALONER ,  Head ,  W ,  Female ,  46 ,  Bangor, Flint, Wales ,  Washerwoman ,
George CHALONER ,  Son ,  U ,  Male ,  18 ,  Chester, Cheshire, England ,  Ag Lab ,
Edwin CHALONER ,  Son ,   ,  Male ,  15 ,  Rhosnesny, Denbigh, Wales ,  Ag Lab ,
Thomas CHALONER ,  Son ,   ,  Male ,  12 ,  Cagenwen, Denbigh, Wales ,  Scholar ,
Timothy CHALONER ,  Son ,   ,  Male ,  8 ,  Coedpoeth, Denbigh, Wales ,  Scholar ,
Emiley CHALONER ,  Daur ,   ,  Female ,  2 ,  Holt, Denbigh, Wales ,   ,

They were recorded in Castle Street in Holt in Denbighshire in 1881.

I would be very grateful if someone could try to find them (and the deceased husband/father) in the 1861 and 1871 censuses.

Many thanks, Justin

Fantastic Tati!

Thank you very much. I suspected that dad would be Timothy, probably the son of George and Anne baptised on 10 Nov 1833 in Holt (extracted record in IGI).

Looks like George and Anne had eight other children.
