I am trying to find out when William Lelliott arrived in Australia we think it was about 1862
He was born March 1841 in Sussex England Father James Lelliott Mother Harriet May
He Married Mary Turley [nee Willetts]1866
They had two children James Born1867
Sarah mary Born 1873

Can you share some more info,  -  if you think he arrived in 1862 and married  in 1866,  where did he marry,  what state,  that may give a clue where to look for....

Hi Daizi,
Thank you for your reply William was married on the 18th August 1866 in Sydney N.S.W. Australia
He was a sailor and sailed from Sydney or Newcastle to the Tweed River and worked for the Langley Bros taking supplies up and bringing Timber back We know he Captained the Vale in 1895 but don't know whar other ships he sailed on.
He died in Sydney in 1916
