Try searching white pages (telephone book) on internet.  63 Washbons listed in US, 3 in Idaho.

www.whitepages.com gives addresses/phone numbers if available without charging, as does www.switchboard.com.  There may be more detailed personal information that they charge for, but it doesn't sound like you need that.
