MI, Justina TATHAM - 1870 - Hatfield

I wonder if anyone who's visiting cemeteries around Hatfield would please keep an eye out for the headstone of Justina Tatham, who died during the September quarter of 1870 at the tender age of 16?

Would dearly like a photograph of the headstone, if it still exists.  I've been told it refers to her father, "the late Duncan Dunbar Tatham" ... unfortunately I'm on the other side of the planet, don't know which cemetery she was buried in, and can't seem to find a working "grave search" site for the area  Undecided

As imaging is disabled on the LOOKUP REQUESTS board, I am going to move this across to the GENERAL Herts board just in case someone is able to oblige you with a photo.

Have you tried looking at the Hertfordshire Family History Society website.  They have been transcribing the MIs for some time now producing a booklet of each churchyard transcribed.  I am sure their site will give you a list of what is available for you to narrow down your search. 

If it is a cemetery then Welwyn and Hatfield Borough Council Community and Living Section may be able to help.  They have a record of burials email address on their website which is a.brazier@welhat.gov.uk.

I have found my local council most helpful in locating graves.  Cant say that Welwyn and Hatfield would be the same but you can but ask.
