Thomas ? Woodall of Halifax [1881]

I am trying to find the middle name of Thomas ? Woodall [1830-1881], an Army Colonel who was born in Scarborough and died in Halifax.  He and his wife, Jessie [1833-1???] appear on 1871 & 1881 censuses, but his middle name there and on FreeBMD is unclear; possibilities are Vint / Nind [neither of which seems common] or Hind.  It would be much appreciated if anyone can cast a fresh pair of eyes on the documents and make some sense of his middle name.

It definitely looks like Nind on the BMD images for his marriage and death.....

On the IGI there's the following.....

THOMAS HIND WOODALL   
Christening - 18 NOV 1829     
Scarborough
Father: THOMAS DOWKER WOODALL   
Mother: SARAH PITT    

...but this is an extracted record...

And just to confuse matters!......a reference to Hind in a portrait of him and his wife!.....

Unless there were two young men with same parents, then I believe his middle name to be NIND


I found a marriage of his parents which gives you the name of her father
