Hi Michael
Welcome to Rootschat
Luxulyan baptisms have been extracted onto the IGI and there is only one Sarah Wellington showing in the right time frame- the one you have. This doesn't prove she is yours as there is always the possibility of her being non-conformist or not baptised but does give you extra weight that you have found her.
This site lets you search the IGI by parish

FreeCen gives her age in 1851 as 38. Looks more like 30 to me on the original census page available on other census sites. Getting the marriage ccertificate would confirm her father's name and may help with her age.

Thank you Janan, osprey and Krisesjoint. The information you all provided was most helpful. Unfortunately (for me) it has turned out that I have been following the wrong Lobb-Wellington line. Down the drain goes months of tracking and I am back to square one - but I suppose this is the nature of researching family history. It did turn out, however, that the information was helpful to another person (by coincidence in Australia). Cheers
Michael

Hi Michael,
Sorry it was not specifically helpful to you, but it is lovely to hear the information helped another researcher.
That is one of the wonderful things with this site. Something I personally love - Even if the information provided, either proved or helped to prove this was not your ancestor, a descendant of this person may find their way here via a search engine and find the information invaluaable.
All the best in your hunt. If you feel we may be able to help please let us know.
Cheers Kris

Hi Michael
Thank you for letting us know the outcome - sorry it turned out to be the wrong family, but glad it was helpful to someone else. And as krisesjoint says the info may well help other researchers in the future
Happy hunting
Jan
