look up 1901 census

I have a copy of the 1901 census it gives my ggrandmother as head of the family  no memtion of where they lived at that time   she was married in 1866 and looking at some papes  I have from the year 1869 they lived in johns lane waterford  some of the family were there  in the 1950s  yet they are not on the 1911 census can anyone explain the reson for this please....

1901 census is not yet online but National Archives site says expected late 2009/early 2010. Perhaps if you post some details of names, ages, etc. you expect to find in 1911 census we might be able to help you (there are mis-transcriptions and missing bits).

my grandmother was one of nine children there were five boys /and four girls of them sis were born in johns lane from 1880 to 1875 I only know of two  who were married  the also had a house in browns lane there name were mary bridget /patrick kiely  as i said the family or there children lived there until the late 1950s  or there abouths sorry for going obout this topic many thanks for your reply....

can you post the details (names, ages, occupations) that you have for the household on the 1901 census..  that would make it easier the look for them in the 1911 returns

the listing for John St looks to be complete in the 1911 census - it's split between two DEDs. There is a Patrick Kiely age 28, living at #1 in the no 2 Urban District

yes we been there before in the hope that someone out there might have some informatoin regarding the kiekys  the family i am researching  hope to have better luck with the 1901 census thank you for your reply....
