Hope to find 1841 or 1851 census entries for Samuel Sprague Pyne. He was born 1838 and will i think be the son of a William Pyne and wife Susan (nee Sprague) who married in 1824.

By 1859, Samuel was in Lambeth, S London and married a Martha Davis there. Not sure when he moved to London or whether it was on his own or with his family.

I don't see William and Susan in 1861 - I suspect boh are deceased. There is the death of a Susan in St Thomas in 1859 and a few possibles for William in that 10 year period.
