Aylesbury Cemetery LU - ROGERSON
« on: Sunday 18 October 09 12:12 UTC (UK) »

Elizabeth Ann Rogerson buried 1941 (I have a picture of the grave from the 40's)  I am interested in anyone who is willing to find this grave and take updated photo's for me and also I would like to know if there is anyone else buried in that plot.

Thanks in advance Smiley

Hellow Putti, I live not too far from the Aylesbury Cemetry I would be  happy to have a look for the grave for you,I have also spoken to the superintendent to see if the grave is occupied by other burials,I was told it is a single burial.
Will get back to you later,Diarmuid.

Hellow  Putti,I went to the cemetry yesterday after i put on the reply to your request,I took some photo`s of the grave,if you would like them posted let me know. The cemetry manager said there is no known ownership for the grave,If you would like to take over ownership you just need to contact him there is no charge as the grave must have been bought by a relative in the past, you would have no obligations,it just means you would be informed of any issues that arise i.e falling headstone or similar.
Just fo finish,I assume you already know this information but the manager told me these details so just in case i am passing on the info.the young lady was19years old,she died in the Royal Bucks Hospital, and was buried on the 1st.February 1941,I hope this is  of help with your research.
       Regards Diarmuid.

Thanks so much for that, I really do appreciate it. Of course I will take ownership of the grave now  because it seems there is no one else around to take that responsibility.  I would really like you to send me the pictures if thats ok ?

If you PM me, I will send you my personal email address.

Thanks again.
