I have at last found DORIS Irene Maud Herbert on the freeBMD site as
DORICE Irene M. Herbert (B) 1897 Dec. Bicester, her Father Thomas William (M) Eva Marshall FreeBMD at Bicester 1885 Mar. I would like to see the 1891 and 1901 census if you have them to see the list of other children who I believe to be Beatrice 1886,Fred. 1889, William 1896.
On the 1881 census I have found Thomas age 23 (1858) with Father Thomas and other children Mother (D).

Thank you Isobelruss. May I ask for the census 1871/61/51/41 to trace Thomas Herbert senr. (B) Kirtlington Oxford abt. 1830 (51yrs) as on 1881 as I cannot find his (B) and (M) please.
