Thomas Turnbull + Marion Wood Marriage

I am looking for a Thomas Turnbull and Marion Wood's marriage.

I am aware of the female's maiden name as she is listed on my ancestors death certificate in 1858 as the mother. (Jean Turnbull's death certificate)

Thomas Turnbull and Marion Wood will have been married around 1755-1765 i think. All of their children i believe were baptised in Edinburgh - Canongate Parish and Edinburgh itself. I can not seem to find a match anywhere on ScotlandsPeople or IGI.

Can anyone find anything relevant?

I see she is listed as Mary Wood on the christening records of the other children.

Crystian 1761
Mary 1763
Thomas 1768
Fleming 1770
Jean 1774 -  only father's name given.


The closest thing I could find in marriages was Thomas Turnbull to Elizabeth Wood in 1763 Carriden West Lothian.

Do any of the christening records give any further details on the parents or any witnesses?
