Census info on Dukes and staff

I have tried to find census information on Clermiston House around the late 1860 to 1920's
with no success.  I thought that everyone would be on the census and in larger households it would also show any members of staff such as servants names etc as in any normal middle class families households.
I have tried the National Archives and SP and also checked out info on the Resources board......nothing.
