Banns lookup - Kirkley marriage 1914 - BISHOP/COX

Hello,   Tom Stephen Bishop married Dorothy Phyllis Cox at Kirkley, Suffolk  on 3 May 1914. Their marriage certificate states both were Kirkley residents at that time.  I'm wondering if the Banns states where they were from. Tom Bishop was from Bedford & Dorothy Cox was from Knotting, Beds.

Also in WW1 Tom was in a reserved occupation, something to do with ordnance/munitions; does anyone local know if this as why they were living here at that time.
