James Holt (abt 1750'ish, Burnley look up COMPLETED

I'm wondering if anybody could help me find some information on James Holt, I'm looking for his age/birth, death and whether he fathered anymore children.  His son Richard Holt was baptised 1776 Burnley and James 1778 Burnley.  I've found a marriage to Alice Marshal 23 Nov 1775, Padiham I don't know if its the same James.  Thanks

Looks like your James Holt had another child Mary, baptised Burnley 10-8-1783.
As Padiham is only 3 miles from Burnley the marriage to Alice Marshal fits. It might help if you could post a request for someone who is going to Lancs Record Office if they have time to look at the actual Padiham  marriage record as it may have info on James' parish.
There are 3 possible baptisms in Burnley for James -
29/4/1753 father James
25/8/1754 father James
one in 1757 which I think is probably a little late.
Unfortunately this is all I can find so far.

Yes Hapton is between Accrington and Burnley and is quite close to Padiham

In a word yes to both questions.  Hapton is around a mile and a half south of Padiham St. Leonards Church.
