Hi
William Brett that I am looking for was a coal miner hewer and married an Ethel Beddowes (not sure if this is her maiden name) they had a son James in 1915 in wrexham.
I was told that the family may have originated from Lancs thats why I was interested in the Thomas Brett family of 1901 census.

Have born cert for James Brett born 1915 with mother as Ethel Beddowes,
Had tried http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,410413.msg2805506.html#msg2805506 But was now looking at William Brett born 1881 clutching at straws, just back from national archives at Kew no record of marriage of William Brett to Ethel Beddowes around 1913-1915
