PAISLEY LOOK UP
« on: Tuesday 20 October 09 14:38 UTC (UK) »

Hi

I wonder if it would be possible to look up the 1851 Census for Paisley please as I am trying to find out more about John Sinclair listed below

>From the Paisley Poor laws, 1845
Sinclair John, 1810, Lower Leorin, shoemaker in Glasgow

Many thanks

Hi Audrey

Welcome to RootsChat  Smiley

Not sure if this is who your are looking for. There is a John Sinclair, shoemaker, 39, b. Glasgow showing as a visitor in the Strachan household at 23 Old Vennal, Glasgow College.

Do you have any further info to try and find if this could be the right one?
