Thank you for the advice.  I hope that I will be able to come across something to connect everyone,  I see that William did name one of his daughters Priscilla.  There is an Abraham(who it seems married Ann Pearson in England) and Robert Barker both born about the correct times in the 1861 Canadian Census.  Perhaps William and his two brothers left England at the same time.  I suppose if I could find some passenger records that they all travelled together, that may help to connect.  I will keep working on it.  Again, thank you for your help.  I truly appreciate it!

Hello Penny

You are most welcome.

Abraham Barker seems to have married Ann Pearson in 1849 in the Driffield area. Your Abraham is living with his parents on the 1851 census and it does indicate that he is married.

Also on the 1851 census, at Driffield HO107/2366 Folio 109 Page 6, there is an Ann Barker, aged 23 and married, living with her parents and siblings who are called Pearson. She seems to have a one year old child called William Barker.

I wonder if this is Abraham’s wife. It seems very possible. Perhaps he had gone back to visit his parents just prior to emigrating .... if it is the same Abraham.

Well, it seems that would be the correct Ann.  As it turns out (or appears to at this point) Ann's brother Robert married Elizabeth Jane Hobson in Canada.  Elizabeth Jane is the sister of Anne Hobson, who married William and Sarah's son William Barker.
Ann's sister Margaret, married Elizabeth Jane's uncle,  Richard Nicholson.  I think I got that straight Undecided
I don't seem to be able to find Ann's young William though.  He is not on the 1861 census in Canada, and would only be about 10 at the time.  The oldest child on the census is Robert Pearson Barker born 1857 in Canada.
Perhaps not the right Ann in England?  Will keep looking!
