Date photo please

Hi - Can anyone date this family photo for me please?   It was taken in Stroud, Gloucestershire, and I am guessing sometime around 1890.  I believe that the sailor died between 1891 and 1894.

I think you are probably right, what a good looking family! The handsome chap seated front has a buttonhole in his lapel ,could it be a wedding  photo? -although he holds a tweed hat in his hand. Any marriages about that time? Best of luck Viktoria.
