Ahhh yes Trish< I found them ta. A bonus was, have them on Hugh Wallis .
As Daizi has said I am going to get Lucy's b/cert as she was easiest to find.
BTW I think Maria # 2 was born in Pennington Suffolk, couldnt find a Bennington there.

Well.. well.. well.. arent b/certs the best thing ever!!!!??!!
Lucy's mother was Maria FAIRWEATHER
Found the marriage James and Maria Dec qtr 1870 Hackney.
Now Maria was born abt 1846 and true to form with this
line and I cant her on a census. Found a maybe BP for her in
Debenham, parents Samuel and Sarah.. but tis submitted.

You may have to get the Marriage cert of James/Maria to trace further back.
There is a Samuel/Sarah from the submitted record and they do have a Maria but she is born 1837 according to the 1841 census 
There is also this possibility;
1851 Census
Dennington, Suffolk
HO107/1796/481/17
Sarah FAIRWEATHER, 26, Unm, Pauper, born Suffolk, Dennington
MARIAH Fairweather, 4, Daug, born Suffolk, Stradbrook
There is a marriage of a Sarah Fairweather on Freebmd, December 1851, Blything, to either grooms;
Garrod, Chaston, Parsley.
Familysearch has a marriage 27 October 1851, Wrentham, Suffolk to John PARSLEY .
But I cant find them also 
Sarah seems to be the daughter of Henry WARD and Mary Fairweather, who married after her birth according to a Family Tree. Mary was born Dennington.

I guess James and Maria's marr cert is the answer. Tis a good thing
