Hi,

I am trying to trace 1st marriage and baps for the following family: I have checked family search / freeBMD and LRFHS Leicester parish registers CD (incomplete coverage).  Local library shut for about another month minimum for PR fishe.  Any other resources I could use?

Joseph Walker (B 1806 Worthington) = Hannah (B~1811 (1841census))
William s/o 1833 Worthington
John s/o 1835 Worthington
Elizabeth d/o 1837 Coleorton - no trace free BMD
Ann d/o 1840 Coleorton - 2 possibles free BMD
[Ann Q2 1840 AdlZ 15 23]
[Ann Jane Q1 1840 Adlz 15 23]

Different wife Jane in 1851
believe I have Hannah death Q4 1843 AdlZ 15 14 {ordered}
and marriage to Jane Sturgess Q2 1844 AdlZ 15 3

Any thoughts please Undecided

When you say local library, do you mean AdlZ?  I went to Coalville library, I think, when I was looking for PRs in that type of area, Smisby, Measham etc.  Or, if they came under the Diocese of Lichfield, there is Lichfield Archives - they have the BTs.

I've just double-checked, and it was Coalville I went to.

Try Wigston Record Office.  They have all county records.
