Marriage cert. for Isaac PARSONS and Eliza HAM

Just received the marr. cert. for Isaac Parsons and Eliza Ham, 9 Nov 1861, and the name of the parish, the church and Isaac's residence are all the same and all ILLEGIBLE!!!

It appears to be:  St. Dexxxmary or a variation ...
Eliza's residence is listed as Pawlett.
Therefore I'm assuming it's a nearby town...I hope.

Can anyone help?Huh

Could it be St Decumans which is in the Williton Registration District? I note the marriage was in Williton.
