I would appreciate a look-up please of the 1841 Census for Kintbury, Berkshire so that I know who was mentioned in this household.

Well, Julie, the image is SO faint that it is almost impossible to see who is there!

I can make out Thomas - but he does look more like Randall than Gandall and indeed someone has suggested this in the index.
As for the rest of the h/h the  index lists:
Thomas 40
Hannah 35
Thomas 3
Mary 1

but I wouldnt like to say if this is accurate or not, I cant make anything definite out from the image.

HO107 21 1 4

Dont know if anyone else has better eyes than me.

Patchy - some names are clearer than others. I cant see a Watts on that page.

But the vilalge of Kintbury is only 15 pages long, so I have just flicked through it all.
Some pages are so faint they are completely illegible, others are patchy.

I saw one family which may be Watts
David 64
Betty 55?
one other name, maybe Arthur?

There are numerous Randall households in the village.

As I say, several pages totally unreadable, so there could be Watts on them - who knows?
