Arthur Watts.
Trying to find the birth of Arthur! He was born c 1769 and died aged 70 in 1839.Married to Elizabeth  and then to Sarah Fulcher. He and Elizabeth had two sons George 1814 and Henry 1816. He was a cowkeeper and lived in Eastgate, Bury St Edmunds.
Any information regarding where he was born and if possible who his parents were will enable us to go back further with our tree!Thanks Lynne
