Hi Tina,
I have had a look at grave BC294 in Crewe Cemetery today.

There is only a small grey vase with two names - Herbert Rogerson and his wife Hastler Mary Ann Rogerson - there are no dates or ages etc.

I have some photos of the grave but Rootschat does not allow me to attach them to this reply - if you PM me your email address I will send them to you.
