Can anyone help find Charles  Scales born  abt 1819 Bilingbroke Lincoln
I have 1841/51/61/81/91/1901
I have found him in 1861 : Peterborough Piece 697 Folio 10 P 14
and 1881 : Camberwell Surrey : Piece 647 folio 106 p 22...... so I am not sure where he would have been in 1871
Wife : Elizabeth
children :
Charles B: 1844
Elizabeth B 1846
Henry B 1847
Richard B 1848
Frederick B 1851
Alice B 1853
George B 1855
Mary B 1856

Any help would be appreciated

Where were the kids born and which are still with him in 1881?

Charles born St Lukes Middlesex   Henry HuhHuh
Elizabeth, Richard , Frederick , Alice George and Mary were all born in Lambeth

Only Mary  ( aged 25 ) left with parents on 1881  record

Yes, I used Mary born 1854 Lambeth with parents Charles and Elizabeth. In hindsight, Charles + his birth place would probably have been even easier Smiley
