I am seeking information regarding John Lee born Hackney1881 a soldier and enlisted for WW1 at Bury and joined the Lancashire Fusiliers.John Lee died in Gallipoli in September 1915.

He enlisted in Bury, is there a garrison here?

As Well where is Amounderness?

I would appreciate help with my questions

Hi

Amounderness was a registration district created in 1935.  It replaced the registration districts of Fylde and Preston
