Hello all,

I am looking for the birth of William Ellis in Liverpool in 1813.  He married Isabella Sadler in Tynemouth in 1838.  I am looking for his parents names his date of birth and also any siblings.

Thanks in advance for looking at this and for any help.

Hi

The IGI at www.familysearch.org has 3 baptismal entries for Liverpool 1813/1814/1815

You need a copy of the 1838 marriage cert to establish his fathers name to see if any of those entries could be him

Hiya Jac.....my nan was an Ellis born garston....so obviously I have gone back in Garston(Liverpool) to 1799 with my Ellis family......if your William shows to be born in Woolton or Garston , Liverpool ,please contact me...I have checked my tree and I don`t have a William Ellis b 1813...I have one b 1843 and one born 1893....but he might be a sibling of my Edward b 1799 ........allan Wink

Thanks for this information.  I think i will have to get the marraige cert to get the name.  I have a William Ellis who was born 1843 in Tynemouth the son of William snr if that is any use to anyone.
