This is all incredibly interesting. How on earth do you find this stuff?

Looking at The Times article, it says that 'both drivers were killed' yet the ripperologist\Daily Mirror article(s) suggests that Valerie Mewes wasn't driving.

Would you know if there is a particular procedure for obtaining actual Coroners Inquest reports? [As Newspapers don't seem to be consistent with the facts].

Hi - I'm not sure if I'm inserting this in the correct place!

Whilst carrying out my own research into Vickie's death, I made contact with the appropriate organisation regarding the Coroner's report. I was told the report and the file in connection with Vickie Martin/Valerie Mewes, is missing from their records. Hope this helps.

Yes, that helps tremendously Chocolat...

Did they happen to say why it was missing?

[i.e. was it destroyed as part of a cleanup of their records or was it missing as in 'lost'].

I will have to go through my notes which may take a while. As far as I can remember, they were not able to give an explanation.
