Finnerty / Hynes
« on: Friday 23 October 09 04:43 UTC (UK) »

Greetings,

I'm seeking information on the family of Jeremy Finnerty circa 1860. Married to Ellen Hynes with 11 children; Catherine (Kate), Ellen, Anne, Bridget, Delia, Mary, John, Patrick, Jerome and Martin. My Great Grandmother was Catherine who was married to a fellow named Gorman who passed away in 1900. She emigrated to the US (NY) and re-married to my Great Grandfather in 1906. I've found information that Ellen (Ellon) Hynes may have been a grocery in the town of Gort in the 1860's. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
