Thanks to KHP for her wonderful help and PM for the email address she gave me.
I now have another twig to ad to the tree.
Alan Kenneth WAITE was the son of Cecil William WAITE and his wife who is still alive.
Funeral Directors Auckland LTD no longer exist and most of their records were transferred to Tilton Opie and Pattinson Funeral Directors in New Lynn. They were such a big help.
I am now waiting for them to get back to me with Alan's date of birth so I can add it to my records.

I have just received a copy of Frederick Sydney WAITE'S will (Probate) from a lady on another list.
Looks like death was 20/4/1930
I now have more children to find as well

I have found one of Frederick Sydney Waite and Ada Waite nee Hoskin's children in Christchurch.
Ida Emma Waite born 1914 died 13/6/2009
Ida lived in a rest home not far from where I live and they were happy to hear from me via an email. They have her ashes and were going to put them in the garden there but am now going to wait for me to visit them and make a decision from there.
They also have lots of photos of her as well
I shall find out if they have the death certificate as the rest home manager was the informant for Ida's death. If so I shall aske for a photocopy of it as I think it is important for them to keep the original on their file.
So I now have:
Sydney Joseph Waite born 1913 died 1978
Ida Emma Waite born 1914 died 2009
Cecil William Waite born 1917 died 1999
Female Waite stillborn 1921
Male Waite born 1923
Male Waite born 1926
Dorothy Ann Waite born 1928 died 1930
I now need to get my act together and write a letter to Male Waite 1926. This way I shall be able to see if there is more info to add to the tree.

I am now getting a picture of Frederick Sydney Waite and Ada Hoskin's family. It looks as if (this is just my opinion) the family was split up when Frederick died in 1930.
I now had Ada's registration details from Morrison Funeral Home in Auckland. All it has is the age of 2 of her sons. Two sons are missing and 1 daughter is missing as well. It is very sad 
I now need to do more searching for one son that I have not been able to find so far. Looks like I now need to search the electoral rolls from 1930 or there abouts for Auckland area to start off with.
I have written one letter to one of her sons living in Wanganui but am now waiting to hear back

I have just had a letter from Frederick and Ada's son. Frederick did died on 20 April 1930 from a brain abcess. After Frederick died Ada had a nervous breakdown (very sad). The family was split up and went in different directions.
Sounds like they did not stay in touch. This son did finally have contact with Cecil (died 1999). He does not know much about his family so am giving him some info I have found.
I now had ida's death printout (died 2009) and Sydney Joseph Waite's (died 1978) death printout as well. Both were single. I now have one more sibling to find. Am not sure if he has died or is still alive so am not able to put a name her yet.
