jane's dcert does not indicate any previous marriage and the census she is on just says 'england' so there are no clues to what region she is from
I think I now have followed ALL male descendants of Alexander Tweedie and Mary Hair to their deaths or to 1901, all found in every census, and linked on ancestry tree, except:
David born 1853, not found in 81 or 01, found on 61, 71 and 91
(james) Irving born 1860 not found 81, found on 61, 71, 91, 01
Alexander born 1845 not found 71, found on 51, 61, 81, 91, 01
Logged
Tweedie, Garnett,  Smith - !!!, Fearnley,
Bennetts, Waterhouse, Horobin, Tranter
