Cardwell family

Looking for any Cardwell's in down around
1835. Henry Cardwell was born 1835 here, then move to Scotland later on.
Might be living with Mcfee/Mchaffie/mcafee family.

Have you any more info re your Cardwell family which may narrow down the search a little. My Cardwell ancestors came from the Dromore/Dromara area in county Down but their were many more Cardwells throughout Co. Down.

Unfortunately I do not have a Henry born C 1835 in my records.

The only info I have comes from the 1861 scotland census listing his birth place as County Down Ireland. After that, only the 1870 US census in Illinois and the 1880 US census saying his daughters parents being born in Ireland.
