Townland Name ?

Hi,
   This afternoon, in a relatives house, I was looking at an old map of an area mainly to the north of Eglinton (Muff) which I thought was a portion of a Griffith's map except that only one small area was numbered. This area was labeled "McLean and Partners Division". At home I checked the Griffith's Valuation for the area and found that this was listed as though it were a townland. Has anyone come across this before or can anyone explain it.

Now I feel really stupid  Roll Eyes
Heading up to Derry one day I noticed road signs where underneath the actual name of the road were the words "McLean and partners division". I thought to myself "omg, are the car firms now sponsering the road signs?" as they are along that part of the road where all the dealership garages are.
Learn something new everyday !!
