Hi Anne

Have you looked at Janet's Blue's death entry to confirm her mother's name. Any census info on Janet and husband to let you work back?

Two possible christening entries for her in Campbeltown both with father Duncan Blue:

19 FEB 1808       Campbeltown - mother Elizabeth Bruce
27 APR 1809      Campbeltown - mother Catherine MacCoag

Her marriage to Neil Fullerton also shows there on 24 DEC 1833 Campbeltown, Argyll

Neil Fullerton seems to be a mystery man:

Looking for the birth and death of Neil Fullerton. He married a Janet
Blue in 1809 in Campbeltown. In the 1841,51,61 and 71 census Janet was
in Old Monkland with her children. I even have her death in 1880 in
Dandy Row Clyde Iron Works her son-in-law William Waddell reg the
death. I can not find a thing about him can anyone help.
