1911 CENSUS LOOK UP PLEASE TOWNER,BRIGHTON

If someone would be kind enough to do a look up in the 1911 census please ? Smiley

I am looking for the parents of Stanley TOWNER born about 1939 in Brighton Sussex,with a fathers name of either George /Or/ Albert Towner.

Has anyone the 1911 census that could possibly trace him please.

Also if poss his marriage date. I don't know who to though. Huh
I also think he died about 1985. according to BMD. Huh

Mainly though its the parents of Stanley I am seeking to find,with a little help please. Huh Smiley

Hi Sophiedog,

1911 census lookups aren't allowed, but maybe we can try and find some other information.

I had a look at BMD and can't find the death registration you mention.

Nearest I'm getting is

May 1985 Hove
Stanley Frederick Towner
born 9 Nov 1942

Is he the one?

(If so his mother's maiden name was Gillam, and a quick BMD search suggests that his father was too young to appear in 1911 anyway)

Thanks so much for letting me know about the 1911 census not being allowed,I didn't know this info.

I guess I am going to be stumped on this one.

PS. George Towner was born 1893,and Albert born 1898.I was thinking one of these could have been Stanley's  father.  !! What do you think,are they too young to be his Dad. ?

Do you think the Stanley Frederick I found is the man you were searching for?

If so, I'll PM you some other basic information (parents' marriage, possible births for his parents)
