Photo Dating Please

Hi All

Would somone be able to put an Estimate year to this photo please?

The picture was taken in a small Welsh Village called Llandrillo near Corwen North Wales. Every building in the picture is still there today.  My Partner grew up in one of the cottages and his parents still live there. Im sure you will agree its a great picture.

Gosh, it really could be just about any time before 1920. But I'm going to sugest about 1900-5.
It's a bit hard to tell if the lady's skirt is longer than her apron but I think not. That puts her skirt at just about her ankle.
Someone else might have a better idea.

Lovely photo. i think I've been there in my youth on school trips  Smiley

I'd put it a bit later than Leonie and say 1910-1913.

Agree with Gadget,I've seen cottages identical to these by Cannock Chase,how anyone can live in something this small these days I've no idea.

Thanks everyone - I think i have a round about idea which is great.

Jim  - my boyfriends parents have knocked through two of the cottages - the one with the little girl outside is still the main door but the door where the lady is stood is no longer there. The cottage is still small though but full of character.
