1861 census look up please

I am looking for Stephen and Mary West. Stephen was born abt 1827 Aylesford, Kent but on the 1881 census it said he was born 1841, Mary was born abt 1841, all I have is Malling, Kent married in 1856 I think.

Can anyone help please.

There's a baptism, in Aylesford, for a Stephen WEST, 11th Nov 1827. Mother Jane. Otp.

Yes that is my Stephen 

What it is I am trying to find out if they had any children before 1861 as they was married in 1856, I do have kids for them after 1863.
