Hi.

If it is ok could someone please lookup , Charlotte fletcher , on the 1901 census?

Age , 32 , Cirencester.

SORRY....1861 CENSUS , VERY SORRY....she was born in 1829.

Hi Chris
You didn't mention if if she was married or if that was her maiden name.
However the one i can find is Charlotte Fletcher b1829 Cirencester, married with husband
Raymond Fletcher age 44 Labourer, and children William 12, Raymond 10, Frederick 7 and Martha 4.
The whole family born at Cirencester and living at what looks like Cricklan or Cricklade St Cirencester.
