She possibly married a PHILLIPS and had 3 children Clifford and twin boys Thomas and Terry.
However there is some confusion, and maybe it was Amelia TURBERVILLE who married a PHILLIPS and had the 3 children.

Be careful not to post any identifying  information on Rootschat about people who might be living, as that is against Rootschat rules.

The two children whom you name as twins in fact seem to have been born two years apart (1919 and 1921, both Newport Monmouthshire - see FreeBMD at www.freebmd.org.uk).  On the first child's birth registration the mother's maiden name is given as "Turberville-Williams".

Amelia Turbeville married dec qtr 1894 Newport vol 11a pg 324 to Sidney John Gill or Charles Thomas Wilkins.

I can see a likely entry for her on the 1901 census as Amelia Wilkins in Newport RG13/4956 folio 12 pg 15
