Hi,
I would like to find some information about a person who I believed served with the 2nd Battalion, Loyal North Lanacashire regiment - Boer War or before. he joined Austrlian Army and went to WWI as an Austrlian serviceman.
On his enlistment papers for Australia - states he served 12yrs with this brittish regiment and I would like to comfirm this. Can any one suggest where to search for this information.
Alfred Archibald Craig - DOB 1880, Salford, Lanacshire.
