I am looking for some help from a pro
I have an ancester Owen charles born 1876. I have him in Pembrokeshire on 1891 and 1901 census. I am trying to find out if i have the correct person, as he was married in 1899( this is def correct) but isnt living with his wife Mary Charles in 1901, she in living with parents in Worcester. Owen and Mary also had a son Owen Victor in 1900. I cant seem to find if they are back living together in 1911 ... Owen is listed as a "boarder" in pembroke on 1901 census Obv i dotn want to investigate back further is have the wrong person
Any help would be appreciated.

there's only one Owen Charles in Pembroke registration district on the 1911 census. If you use the advanced search, put in Charles as the surname and Owen in the 'other members of the household box, the family shows up. Was his wife known by her middle name of Elizabeth?

Thanks for your response, i dont think she was known as Elizabeth but its a possibility. Is there a son owen aged 11 in that household as well?
On the 1901 census Mary E has married Owen but she is living with her parents and her son owen V... It says that Mary is the wife of a rural postman
Im trying to find evidence of these 3 living together as im not sure why they would be living so far away from each other

the son appears to be on the 1911 under his middle name and there are more children.
Owen shows up on the 1901 as a postman. The census is just a snapshot of that one day. It's possible Mary was just visiting her parents at the time, and Owen was boarding while looking for somewhere for them to live.
Think you need to look at the 1911 and check on years of marriage to be sure.

You can do a certain amount on the advanced search without paying, but details like occupations, years of marriage and number of children have to be paid for. It's worth it though as otherwise you could be following the wrong family.
