I have been looking for information on this person but i have come to a brick wall. All i know is..
Name - Ada Rowlinson
Born - Cheadle or Ipstones in 1887/1888
Married - Edwin Hurst
Died - 1931

I am trying to find out who her parents are etc.

She doesn't appear in the 1891 census. I cant remember now if it was the 1901 or 1911 census where she is down as a "visitor" at Robert & Ann Dunn household at 27 Nicholls Street, Stoke on Trent.

This person is turning into a bit of a mystery! Can anyone help to find any further info?

Her marriage cert would hopefully give her fathers name and occupation

Could be!
Would it not show up as step daughter if her mother then married? On the census it shows a boy with the Dunns who is down as step son but has a different surname.
