Hi everyone

I am trying to find information on my great-aunt, Helen Joyce Harrington.

She was born in 1926 in Canberra and lived there until the mid-1940's.
She apparently moved to Sydney and worked their for a few years until about 1950 when she returned to Canberra. She died in 1996.

Not much is known of what she did or where she lived while in Sydney and we would like to find out.

- Could someone please check the electoral rolls for the Sydney area in 1949 for Helen Joyce Harrington.
- Are there Sydney postal or phone directories available for around that time that people could search for me too please?

Can't find any Helen Joyce Harrington's.

there is a Helen Harrington in 1949 and 1954 living

2 Carnarvon Court, 162 Pacific Highway, Home Duties Bradfield, Subdivision, Roseville, North Sydney
although she is also listed in 1943 with a Lydia Chasmar Harrington, Home Duties, same address

so it may be a different lady.
