1861 census look up please

I have found a marriage in London 1868 of a William Varney to Sarah Simmons.
I'm not sure if this does in fact belong to me, the William I'm looking for was born in Mentmore, Bucks and his wife in 1871 cenus says she was born Ivinghoe, Bucks. In the marriage in London Sarah's father is listed as William Simmons, publican. To be sure this is my couple, would like a look up in 1861 census to see if there is a Sarah Simmons born Ivinghoe. about 1847
Hope this makes sense.

Hi Karenlee

Thank you for replying regarding Sarah Simmons. Whilst I can't be 100% certain that this is the Sarah I'm looking for, there does seem to be a lot in common, ie age, and born Ivinghoe. Throughout the census Sarah says she's 34,44,54 and 64, so for the time being I'm going with William Varney married Sarah Simmons.
