Hi does anyone know if these records have been transcribed anywhere?

There are not on the IGI and I can find no reference to any transcriptions anywhere.

If anyone knows or maybe has access to the records I am looking for the Cowley family.

Thanks to another researcher who has found a Moses Cowley baptised in 1787 and Charles Cowley baptised in 1788 to Charles and Catharine Cowley, we know our line comes from here.

If anyone can assist that would be grand.

Hello Jon
The IGI batches cover Willoughby from 1794 for births & 1754 for marriages.
The earliest event being the marriage of Moses Cowley in 1759.
The War.CRO hold the records from 1625 up to the 20th.C.
Unfortunately they have to be viewed there.You can have a search made on your behalf but you will be charged.Alternatively you could go to your local LDS Family History Centre & ask them if they have the fiches covering the dates you require.You can then order them & view them there.
