stockbroker killed in Buxton

Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Thomas Withington b1761 a London Stockbroker was accidentally killed in a stagecoach accident in Buxton on 11 April 1805, and is buried in Fairfield Church.

Where could I find details of the accident please?

Hi Pat, Diddy is correct in suggesting the Local Library and that you have the exact date will mean it's much easier for them to look.
There may also have been an Inquest.  You could ask the library about that.
