Kennedy?? can you find her pls?

I have found a Amy Kennedy who married a John Hayes on 25th May 1848 at Spittlegate in Grantham Lincolnshire.  I have been searching for birth records of this Amy but with no luck  i know her dads name was Denis Kennedy can anyone help with this.

Have you got her on later censues after her marriage? If so , when/where did she say she was born?

so where were you looking for Amy's birth? looks like she was born Wareham in Dorset.

Yes i was trying to trace her as all my Kennedys are from the spitlegate area and her name cropped up so i was trying too see where she fitted in!!   I was assuming she was one of mine but i think im wrong now!   Many thanks for your time!

On the 1861 census on FreeCen she appears to give her birth place as Dorset - Wareham, which when looked at gives a christening for a
Eamy Kennedy, St Mary Wareham Dorset 25 Nov 1821 Parents Samuel Kennedy and Hannah C160652

This fits with the marriage on http://s10.freefronthost.com/mi/ Grantham, which shows the father as Samuel Kennedy rather than Denis as you have said above.

Now all you have to find out is why they moved that far in the first place.

Her father's name is given as Samuel in the "Grantham spreadsheet" here http://s10.freefronthost.com/mi/index.html

There is an 1821 baptism in the IGI http://tinyurl.com/yzq9vsj
