if  I have the correct family then 1901 Frank and Eliza had 6 children

and in 1861 when Frank was age 3 he had 7 siblings - and possibly more arrived in later years??

haven't found John in 1841 yet - by the age gap in children in 1851 he may have been married before Amelia??

and maybe they were of the Catholic faith
