1851 census look up please
« on: Thursday 29 October 09 20:56 UTC (UK) »

Hi,
Would someone be kind enough to look for William Williams b1840/1 St. Martin's, Middx (I also have St.Pancras as a place of birth) in 1851 census please.

I have more information on William now, his father's name was Josiah.
thanks

there is this one

1851
9 King St St martins in the Field
Mary Williams Head marr 52 Chilton Wilts
George son 24 labourer Drury lane mddsx
William son 10 St Martins Westminster Mddsx

HO107 1482 241 21

but there are quite a few possibilities - some just n mddsx living in St martins or Pancras

so inless you have more information it is difficult to pin him down with any certainty

There's a possible sighting of Josiah here, but he's at work not at home

HO107/1482/242/22

Dawn,
The 9 King Street, St.Martin in the Fields family looks as though it may be right, would you kindly look for them in 1861 census please, in order for me to study them in more detail.
thanks
